Fat Joe – That White (prod. DJ Premier) [Dirty/NoDJ]

blame it on Shake March 2, 2008

Random: “Hey! That’s my pretzel!” Fat Elephant: “Not anymore. Now I need a COKE-a”

I posted the radio rip last night with a promise of a Dirty/CDQ version soon. And like I said before, Shake is a man of his word. Here goes the full/dirty/cdq version of the latest joint to leak off that upcoming Elephant in the Room LP. Joey spazzes over some DJ Premier. I know most people don’t realize that Fat Joe was that dude back in the day. He might not of been the most lyrical and it didn’t help that he was rhyming in the crew he was with. Big L? Yea, you’re gonna look like a sap. But his whole swag and beat selection was on point. His first three albums are very good and will always stay in my collection. So it was nice to hear a cut like this after all the Make it Rain bullshit.

Dopeness. Your right, Joey Crack picks his beats wisely. I’ve always liked Joey, wish he had a larger fan base. He deserves legend status.

    Cook, coke, CRACK!!!

Yeah it’s cool Primo is the man in charge. The only cat keeping this game alive. Search “Dj Premier” on youtube. Unfortunately look at Fat Joe’s career money wise. His first 3 Cd’s real dope hard core hip-hop shit that prolly made him lil money. Than he went down south and making millions. It is what it is. I still got respect for Joe, I just can’t stomach to buy his shit anymore. Get that money though. No hating at all, as Tony Montana once said “I know the game!”

    Love The Quote..

The beat is dope it’s Joey’s content is what bugs me. It’s fine to rap about the streets if you just left the block but he’s been lounging in the burbs and strip clubs for the last 10 years. Am I wrong?

Shake what’s up with those ding-a-ling sounds? I’d prefer tags – those are annoying…

I can’t really complain though as I love the tracks you guys share.

  • the ding-a-ling is part of the song. nothing was added from me haha.

  • he needs beats that match his rapping skills

    the beat was weak.

  • This beat feels good. Primo got that.

The Beat was weak???That was a Premo track. On top of that ,that was a Gangstarr album quality Premire track. You must be on some Paul wall,Pit bull,Lil wayne stuff man to not slam ya head to that beat.First time I heard that beat was a few days ago at the EMC show in NY.It was fliped by one of the opening acts. The crowed went crazy. …..and it wasnt fa the M.C.Preem strikes again.Joe wasted it.

  • i agree, add to the fact that you said “needs a beat to match his rapping skills” … soooo we need to find someone that can bang a few pots again the ground while hoping on one foot wearing a pair of busted tap shoes. all the while a little girl is screaming because lil wayne stole her lollipop

If only dj premier would have come out with that album he could have been the one who would have prevented the fall of the Terror Squad.
