Is This Lil Wayne’s Carter III Cover?

So Amazon put Wayne’s upcoming album up on their site with thee above image attached. eskay and a few others picked up on it. WTF?!? First of all, just look at it. Second of all … just … look … at it. Also, my other dopeboy in crime just got done interviewing Jonathan Mannion (who did the photoshoot for the album art) and his description reads nothing like the abomination that you see above.
