Nas Changes Album Title!
So it looks like Esco went back on his word (again) and will no longer be going with the title Nigger for his upcoming LP. Gee, like we all didn’t see that coming. I know I thought it, I know eskay thought it. What about all this “I’m gonna fight it. I’m at a big enough status that I can drop this. Who cares if some stores ban it.” talk?
According to EW.com, a Def Jam representative has confirmed that Nas will no longer be naming his upcoming project Nigger. Instead, Nasir Jones will opt for a less controversial title: Nas. - HipHopDX
Both Nas (Nas) and G-Unit (Terminate on Sight) are dropping July 1st. Who are you copping?

Nas is still one of my favorite emcees regardless… but idk about the decisions he makes sometimes. All I want is a dope album.

I’ll go out and copy Immortal Technique’s album again (once when it drops on June 24 and again on July 1). I’d cop Nas’s LP if he had the guts to be the artist he says he is.
Tech’s career is what Nas’s might be if Nas had balls and a bigger vocabulary.
