As promised, I figured I would start the Gym Class posting with a quite rare joint that was on GCH’s independent album, Hed Candy. Oh you didn’t know about that one did you? Haha, all jokes… this might surprise some as it has a more rock based sound. But since Shake gets down with that, it’s very enjoyable.

Shake - I think it’s sweet you’re into this band. I’m from a town about an hour away from where they started jamming and my band has played with them at a lodge in a park of all places, haha. It’s cool to see them blow up like they have been.
