Giggs & Joell Ortiz – Hollowman Meets Joell Ortiz

blame it on Shake October 11, 2008

Man, this weekend has been nice. I needed a slow hip hop weekend to allow me to step away from the laptop, get some free time to myself, etc. Before I step out again, here goes another joint off the upcoming US/UK tape from DJ Semtex & Joell Ortiz, Pounds & Dollars, that I scooped from eskay’s spot.

as a Souf londoner its good to see that 2dopeboyz are promoting some london artist and man like giggs… I think 2dopeboyz should put on some grime music on a regular..

  • veraci0us

if ur feelin giggs heres a video to a single off his latest album walk in da park, called ummm! http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=0_1Q_B3VDMw&rl=yes&client=mv-google&warned=1&gl=GB&hl=en

  • Giggs is sick….Dude’s album is well worth copping…

  • Neighborhood Negro

Maaaan, big up my dude Joell Ortiz. Son is the TRUE definition of Hip Hop…. and can spit crazy. Most guys who define themselves as Hip Hop are straight BUNS!!!

  • Notorious One

Giggs is so wack. He’s not worth bein on a track with Joel. Hollowman needs to go find a job cause he cant spit. UMMMMMNNNN!

  • Geebo

^^^ i’m afraid i agree! and in response to the first poster, i’m also south london… but think they could have chosen inifintely better mc’s to collab with an artist as quality as ortiz – just makes the uk look weak… whereas the track with sincere and natty is nice!

  • veraci0us

@ geebo i admitt that giggs was waste on this track still, which mc do u think would of merked this track with ortiz then?

  • Jay

Maybe of the emcee’s out of Dangerous Minds from Birmingham? I think they would have killed this track and probably gave Joell a run for his money too!
