I always feel a certain way about remakes, but with Just Blaze on board this one may not be bad at all…
Apparently C-N-N had no plans to re-do the song, but as Nore explained to XXL, Just Blaze “came so correct that [we] couldn’t deny it.”
Aware that Just was a fan of the group, N.O.R.E. asked the super producer to lace them with something special. “ [In] my first conversation with Jus’ I was like I just want the fan,” N.O. told XXL. “I don’t actually want the Just Blaze that made millions and went on tour with Jay-Z, and scores movies, and scores video games.
