During a convo with Billboard, Thought and ?uest reveal some details about the Legendary Roots Crew's follow up to 2010's How I Got Over. A concept album with orchestral arrangements...

"This is going to be our first full-fledged narrative concept album. It's going to be a challenge to figure out how to get from point A to B -- or in this case, point B to point A and have it seem natural... It's going to be heavy on sort of orchestral chamber music with harder beats in it."- ?uest

Black Thought added that conceptually, the album will stem from the "same idea" as How I Got Over, but "kind of flipped. Instead of from dark to light, it's an album that goes from light to dark".

Black says that in a perfect world the album would come out this November, but he thinks a 2012 release is more likely.

wow, this is the best news I've read in weeks. a conceptual album from the roots, yeah what the fuck?!

and orchestral arrangements?! that sounds great. here in germany we have a musician called "peter fox" (you should google him). he did his soloalbum "stadtaffe" with just orchestral arragements and great lyrics. this was one of the best albums I've ever heard in my entire life.
