    Why? Unless you're going to actually improve upon it, which nobody ever does, leave Illmatic alone. All these remixes and tribute projects have actually made me sick of the original

    Like is just a young cat paying homage to a legend he respects. That production was crazy ill, Like crafted this track in such a dope way. Niggas always scared to admit an illmatic remix is dope, of course it's not the original..we know that, nonetheless this shit right here is still some dope hip hop

    It's alright, but I will say after hearing what Like did with Kendrick & on GMB I would love to hear do a joint for Nas. Nas over Jazzy production with angry drums >>>
