With baseball season kicking off this week, this morning Life + Times and Roc Nation announced the launch of Roc Nation Sports, a “full-service sports management company,” with their first signee being MLB All-Star and New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano.
“Because of my love of sports, it was a natural progression to form a company where we can help top athletes in various sports the same way we have been helping artists in the music industry for years,” says Shawn Carter about the new venture.
I fully anticipate that Jay will infiltrate the video game world in the coming days, signing Kratos of God Of War fame to Roc Nation Gaming.
