    Project of the year.

  • don

New Logic track here at NKNO.NET

  • AndOneill

Man been lookin forward to this tape for a year.. Ooooooooo!!! Fire.. Logic gonna make his imprint with this one

  • baltazar

Bit dissapointing. WAAAY too many tracks. If it was under 10 songs it would of been dope as fuck

  • biting

Biting from J cole'S WHOLE STYLE. STOP ALREADY.

  • J.Cole

Can I get my flow back please?

  • Thank Me

    @baltazar

Why are you complaining about the amount of songs??
He didn't put any skit fillers in this compilation. Fools like this need to grow up. Press your delete button if you don't like a certain track.

  • Thank Me

Nvmd there are a couple skits but fuck its still dope

  • wrq

@thank me cosign what kind of ADD bitch complains about too many tracks.

That being said i clicked on random tracks and that "the come up" is a blatant "started from the bottom" rip off. Some people have no shame. I cant stand dickrider producers with no original ideas. Shit is embarrassing

  • baltazar

    @ThankMe @wrq

?! Because if he curated the amount of track's each track would of been dope. Some of them are pretty shit, considering what hes capable of.

Quality over quantity ANY DAY - in my opinion anyway

  • honestly

    he's corny b.

  • chomper

    can you say J.Cole

  • soulo hoe

i can't get passed the j cole similarities

  • Kay Cole

Please give my son his flow, style and subject matter back.

  • lp

Every time I listen to Logic I catch myself dozing off.. Nothing about his music is clever, unique, or even cool. It's like he listens to another artist's song and tries to make an exact copy of it.

  • weKn0

born sinner, cole world. lol. this kid KNOWS he sounds like cole.. just like he KNEW he sounded like drake.. just like HE knows he better find his own style before he flops.

  • yep

Wordplay better than Drake and Cole.

  • jts

I don't care what anyone says, Logic is the sickest rapper I've heard in a long time.

  • Sammy

I really wanna like this guy, but he seems like the ultimately style biter. The Come Up sounds just liked Started From The Bottom. It was kinda dope, but at least acknowledge that you are trying to take a stab at his song. Doing shit like that makes me feel like hes shady and that shit dont go well with me.

  • qwr

@baltazar i agree wih quality over quantity. i just thought you were one of those ADD "aint nobody got time for that" losers who cant hold attention past the length of a worldstar fight video. but if you actually listened to the music before that conclusion then respect

  • paullakers

    hes aiight. no originality. next

  • gtfoh

the only way to be cornier than drake, is to bite him. then this nigga prances around his videos like jcole...his videos look exactly like jcole "simba" video ; the nigga even got coles movements down. jesus. no origonal content or whatever in the niggas lyrics. this is nerd music yo

  • The Chef

He's not that great in my opinion, his shit easily bores me. Flow Fatigue... He's got the white demographic at a time when "underground rap" is trendy.

  • JT

This kid is dope, F yall hating...hes doing his thing I fuck with this mixtape...

  • JT

I do hear a lot of J. Cole in nearly all off his songs though lol...but in a lot Coles early music you could hear alot of Nas, Kanye, Pac in his music cause they where his favourite artists

  • mG15O

no one cares what color you are logic, song after song he brings it up,

  • ac

all the haters saying hes copying j,cole just remember whos commenting on whos DEF JAM BACKED MIXTAPE living the life doing the things u wish u could

  • http://vrsmag.com/ baltazar

    @wrq
No worries man. I've been a fan of his for a while (his radio freestyle) if it was a freestyle I adore. But would of much rather had 5-10 tracks ala 'The VS EP' that was outstanding rather than 20.

All the best to Logic though, has talent just need's to find his niche.

  • AndOneill

Nice mixtape.. Not as good as I thought it was goin to be.. Took 18 tracks to get to one that I had to repeat it few times before the next.. "Just a man" the best track on this.. Great tape tho. Not better than undeniable

  • http://Yrap.bandcamp.com Y-Rap

I don't give a fuck who the kid sound like. He can flow. If it wasn't for Def Jam, this might have been smaller, but I'm guessing they needed to show what he could do.

  • leroyUMD

I'm somebody who has been in and around Logic's circles from the beginning, he just likes to sample everything, it can be annoying to some listeners, I get it. Logic has perfected the art of biting in a sense where he can take anyone's work, and mildly add his "own flavor" to it. He even bites that kid Rico White too, a young dude who he used to mentor from DC. The kid is pretty fucking dope too, but once he moved to LA he stopped talking to a lot of people from home. Bottom line, Logic is good, but can confuse his audience because he's an authentic person, who just emulates his favorites when he's in his creative mode. It's just how he works.

  • Miserablebitches

if you can't tell that some of his songs are made to sound like popular songs you're missing the point. Mixtapes use to be just people rapping over other peoples beats. This guy is actually putting a spin on it by not just straight jacking beats and spitting some shit to it, he uses influences from those songs to make like a weird remix. You can tell which songs are his style and not some remix.chill it's just music, free music

  • Mike Tomlin

    Suuuuuuuuuuuper dope!

  • june

Had I not seen these comments about the J.Cole similarities I probably would give it a chance, but yall kinda ruined it for me

  • KING

@june that's why you gotta listen and make an opinion for yourself fam, to be honest I didn't pick up on Cole similarities till I saw people posting about it and I've been on Logic for a little while now. Solid tape though, this kid's work ethic is incomparable

  • frol smith

This is awful, so overrated....This shit sounds like every other wack mainstream artist.

  • E_franboy

This is tough, my favorite mixtape so far. And i been litening to him since his first shit dropped. And the come up is PURPOSELY suppose to be like drakes song because people kept saying he sounded like drake.

  • Juicy-G

Logic is good, but I honestly have to say that you can put the vocals from Drake's Started From The Bottom and put them on The Come Up.

  • captainsheik

this thread is the personification of haters.

  • SmokeHogan

Sooo what about that Trinidad James feature??? That track alone almost blew it for me, but overall the kid can spit, he just need to find his own thing, I doubt it though he's heading to mainstream from here... Step it up before its too late

  • Katt Wil.I.ams

Shoutout to logic for becoming the first white rapper to publicly say the word nigga on a track. young jedi 1:33 after dizzy stops talking. And I ain't even mad! Kids dope!

  • Katt Will.I.ams

You can't hate on any white man that has that balls to say nigga publicly to a famous black rapper on a track
