With just over a week left before Eminem's eighth studio album The Marshall Mathers LP 2 (Nov. 5) hits shelves, Joe Budden sat down with MTV to speak on Em's return, the next Slaughterhouse album and his upcoming solo projects.

As a fan of each Slaughterhouse member's ability to destroy a 16, I've always appreciated when they let their guard down and shared thoughts about their personal lives. And according to Joe, that's exactly what they did.

I'm really looking forward to the Slaughterhouse project, partly because this album will be very much like earlier Joe Budden albums. Very deep, very introspective and very personal. All of the guys really went in, took it to a different place and just dug much deeper this album, so I really can't wait for the release of this one to see how fans take to it.

Take that quote and add it to what Just Blaze has been saying and I've gotta say, I'm pretty stoked. When asked about a possible release date, Joey laughed and shared the following: "We're not [releasing] nothing while Em is coming out. Let him go ahead and sell his 20 million records and then when he's finished, we'll roll out."

By introspective, Joey Buttons means this meathead rap team is going to accept the fact they always have been and always will be B-Team rappers.

B-team? These are top tier spittas nigga... You can take or leave Joey or Ortiz I guess even tho Joey gets mean. But Crooked and Royce are undisputed on the mic. Dictated not read.
