D12 back? According to a recent article in the Detroit Free Press the answer is yes. Mark Bass, a former Eminem producer, tells shares that he’s currently mixing new records from D12, including three cuts with Eminem included.
Bass, who has started a label called Motunes Media, says he’s also been mixing new material by the mercurial funk-pop giant Sly Stone with members of the original Family Stone band, along with new D12 tracks, including three with Eminem.
If an album is the main objective, this would be the first as a collective since 2004’s D12 World. Based off Eminem’s work on MMLP2, is this exciting or “whatever” news? Let us know!
