It’s crazy to think, but today marks the 15th anniversary of Big L’s untimely passing. As one of his biggest influences when it comes to emceeing, Las Vegas’ own Marion Write releases his latest single “Ls.” Although it’s not a tribute record, the song does sample James Gilstrap’s “Move Me” which Mike Heron used for one of Big L’s most-celebrated tracks, “Flamboyant.”
