Kanye West is getting probation for the paparazzi battery case from last year.
According to TMZ, Yeezy pleaded no contest to misdemeanor and will not be prosecuted for battery of L.A. photographer Daniel Ramos.
Earlier today, Mr. West was sentenced to two years of probation, 24 anger management sessions, and 250 hours of community service. After the 24-month probation period, the conviction will be erased from his record if ‘Ye complies with the terms and stays away from Ramos. ‘Ye must also pay for the photog’s medical bills and damaged equipment.
During the attack case in court, Ramos addressed the court by saying he felt West should be thrown in jail for the incident and believes West attacked him to promote his Yeezus album. Sure.
