Romaro Franceswa made his DopeHouse debut back in February of last year with a 36 bar performance. But after that we must of lost contact, because I haven’t heard anything from him since. That isn’t to say the Seattle emcee hasn’t been working. It’s simply admitting everything he may or may not have released never flew past my timeline, hit my inbox or was spoken about in conversation within my music circle.
Whoops.
This past July saw the release of the rapper’s Black King LP; which is available now on iTunes. But it wasn’t until Yuk the World uploaded the album to their Soundcloud page earlier tonight that I was brought back into the loop. Regardless of how I came across the music, it’s dope. I’m sure there are others out there that haven’t heard of Romaro either. So this post is for you. Take a listen and let us know your thoughts.
