Last night, the NMC celebrated the release of Styles P’s seventh album Phantom and the Ghost, the first drop from the New Music Cartel Music Group.

With The Incomparable Shakespeare, Timeless Truth and Chris Rivers opening up, as well as enough dank wafting through the air to tranquilize a small herd of elephants, Styles – flanked by his D-Block brethren Jadakiss and Sheek Louch, as well as D-Block affiliate Tyler Woods – stormed the stage of Brooklyn’s The Wick & The Well during a rainy Tuesday night and ran through classic cuts (“Banned From TV,” “We Gonna Make It”), solo tracks (“Kiss Your Ass Goodbye,” “My Life”), team efforts (“Fuck You,” “”Niggaz Done Started Something””) and Styles’ own tracks from his recently-released new album. Here are a couple highlights from the night, in case you missed out.
