Rihanna Leaves Def Jam For Roc Nation

Perhaps her getting bucket nayked on all those shoots were, like, metaphorical or something. After signing to the label as a spry, raw 17-year-old in 2005, the pop star has left her longtime musical home to join the house of Roc full-time. It's not exactly life-changing news, as she's been managed via Roc Nation since 2010; it actually feels like a technicality that was finally corrected on paper.

I expect tracks produced by the likes of Calvin Harris (again) and DJ Mustard - both Roc Nation signees - to appear on her forthcoming album now.
