50 Cent Says ‘Street King Immortal’ Will Be Released In September

blame it on Shake June 8, 2014

This past Tuesday 50 Cent released his new independent album, Animal Ambition, but fans are still asking for Street King Immortal. The major label release Curtis was supposed to drop back in 2012.

Well folks, it looks like that time has finally arrived.

During an interview with The Daily Buzz about his new Starz series, Power, 50 revealed the following.

The next project, Street King Immortal, was already written before I wrote [Animal Ambition: An Untamed Desire To Win]. That’s how I know to write it like this. Street King Immortal will actually be out in September. I have a real strict schedule. I’m going to be moving around a lot. It’s going to be a lot of work.

Now, we’ve heard release dates before. Hell, we’ve gotten big time singles (“New Day” with Alicia Keys; “My Life” with Eminem and Adam Levine; and “Major Distribution” featuring Snoop Dogg and Jeezy) before as well. So hopefully this time it’s concrete.

Don’t forget the G-Unit album that’s supposed to drop in November as well!

Wow. 50 is gonna have to get a lot of chains snatched & beefs started to get these albums out on time.

    • NightBlazer

Meek Mill better not piss of 50 or his MMG/Dreamchaser chain gonna be featured in a G-Unit video

  • djdyg

I’m looking forward to the return of G-unit, but i really don’t think the industry and today’s fans are gonna like it. 50 is a threat and makes people uncomfortable and things run smoother for them, when his not around.

      Who cares, fuck them!

    • AlexFirth91

But that’s hip hop. Its about lyrical battles, if someone feels hurt they can easily be ripped lyrically. Lets see what happens though, most people miss that vibe. Tired of the same ol’ line up of DJ Khaled, Drake, Rick Ross, and Lil Wayne. Bout time 50 and G-Unit get back in the spotlight.

That’s not how it works anymore lol Everything is played out with these major labels. Remember when Kendrick namedropped on Control? Those labels were pissed. They don’t want beef, they want fake collabs to generate more green.

how much preperation SKI needs depends on the core support of this current album I think.. if sales are super low he may have to rethink strategy

    • Anthony Kelley

album already done he wont rethink his strategy, he independent can drop whatever he wants, and whenever

  • Trill Cosby

    Clearly coming at Game’s neck.
