James Blake was just one of many artists who took to the stage at the 2014 Bonnaroo festival this weekend in Manchester, Tennessee. Along with Kanye’s epic set (and consequent visionary stream-of-consciousness), the English producer made his first appearance at the annual music festival. You can watch his entire set up top.
In related news, Blake revealed some news to Billboard regarding his third, upcoming album. “Every song is about 50 percent done” he said. “I’ve had a completely different life since the first album. I’ve had a lot more freedom since the first album, too,” Blake continued. He also mentioned that he has been writing music with Justin Vernon (of Bon Iver fame) and still hopes to collaborate with Kanye West.
