Now that their new album The Big Payback is out, Mayer Hawthorne and 14KT continue their remix run with a flip of Little Dragon’s “Paris” off their incredibly Nabuma Rubberband LP.
The rag-tag team of Detroit homies inject the bones of LD’s track with their own brand of lo-fi funk, spreading synthed-out flavors all over this buttery heater, adding their own breakdown and taking this one to a dance-floor somewhere on Saturn’s rings.
