Track five off Michael Jackson’s second posthumous release, Xscape, receives an official remix courtesy Audien, a 22-year-old EDM producer and DJ from Mystic, Connecticut (me neither). When asked of the track by USA Today, the wunderkind had the following to say:
“I’ve always been a huge fan of him. He’s the king of pop. When I first heard the song, it sounded really cool and fresh. I had ideas about it instantly. It took me about a month to remix it. I had to do it twice because the first version didn’t go over so well.”
