As if Ab-Soul’s These Days… tour announcement wasn’t enough, it looks like the rest of the TDE camp will be joining the Black Lip Pastor on the road next year as part of a TDE world tour.
Details are minimal to non-existent at this point, but Jay Rock let a few things slip during a recent chat with XXL.
“Be on the look-out for us to come to a city near you. I think we got a big tour being planned for next year. I don’t really want to talk too much because I’m not sure of the specifics but be on the look out. TDE is coming to a town near you soon, world tour.”
Now this could very well mean another Kendrick solo tour with other members opening up, but based off the fact all members will have a project out by then, I can see this being a team effort. Hopefully confirmation arrives soon! Until then though, West Coast fans can catch the entire roster at the Los Angeles showing of the Made In America festival, going down Labor Day weekend.
On the music side of things, Jay Rock also gave a small update on his upcoming album.
“I’ve been working with my in-house producers, Sounwave, Tae Beast, Willy B. and a lot of other producers. There’s this producer from New Zealand I’ve been working with. … It’s coming along real nice. It’s coming real soon.”
