Confession time: I never really followed Breaking Bad like so many other fanatics I know that swear by the show (and The Wire, but I’m digressing), so I really don’t know what a Saul Goodman is and what his role was on the original series. However, Shake will fight someone over the series, so this post is primarily up so that he won’t have to knuckle someone down when he wakes up on the West Coast. In this clip creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould provide their insight on the new series, which takes place five years before that fateful day when Saul meets Walter White. The show debuts February 15th; my guess is that it’ll serve as a double-feature, of sorts, and will run concurrently with the latest season of The Walking Dead.
