East Harlem native Dave East is the latest emcee to align with Nas’ Mass Appeal Records.
On a roster that already features the killer talents of Boldy James, Fashawn, Bishop Nehru and Run The Jewels, it’s not like Nas needs any more firepower, but why not? Riding high off the release of his Black Rose project — which features appearances from Sean C & LV, Smoke DZA, and our fam CharlieRED — Dave is a welcomed spitter to an already stacked line-up. That upcoming Mass Appeal compilation is gonna be a problem.
Although the deal hasn’t officially been announced, Nas hinted towards it in a recent interview with Angie Martinez. Not to mention, Dave’s Twitter timeline is currently on full-tilt with congratulations.
