Back in March, South Central new jack Cozz made his DopeHouse debut with the incredible introductory cut “Dreams.” He immediately followed it up with the equally dope “I Need That,” and capped it all off by signing with J. Cole in June. Since then, we’ve been receiving loose cuts with promise that his Cozz & Effect project would soon come.
Well, the wait’s over! Coming in at 12 tracks, Dreamville’s West Coast rep rides solo for the most part. Only joined by Cole on a remix of “Knock Tha Hustle” (available below) and revamps “I Need That” with fellow villain Bas.
