The last time Cube was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel’s show he was asked to say relatively nice things in his trademark scowl/angry nature. Well, returning to the show last night he once again played the “Nice Guy, Angry Talker” position again, but he did speak on more relevant matters such as the upcoming N.W.A. movie, Straight Outta Compton , as well as reminiscing about his wilder times. Fortunately, he didn’t perform that “Drop Girl” song.
As a side note, N.W.A has once again been nominated for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (they were previously nominated in 2012 alongside Public Enemy, but only Public Enemy would be inducted) alongside the likes of Sting, Chic, Green Day, Nine Inch Nails and many others.
