With 30 years on Earth under my belt, I’ve seen my fair share of ups and downs. I’ve celebrated the highs, struggled with the lows, and will continue to do so until the day that I’m six feet under. Timing aside, the same can be said about my partner Meka, my lady, you, your neighbor, the stranger you may or may not have of interacted with last week — everyone.
The point is that we all have a story; including Jonah Cruzz. And after breaking down our doors on Halloween and following it up with a video for “Saturday Morning” a week later, the budding Atlanta emcee returns to the DopeHouse to share it on his debut project, Ordinary Nigga.
This tape is the introduction of who I am as an individual. Being ordinary is being yourself. That’s whats special about each individual. We all come from different backgrounds but we’ve all had hardships and troubles. This tape is for everybody. We all have a story. Even an ordinary nigga like me. Take me as I am.
