St. Louis-born, Florida-raised emcee Chester Watson – who I’ve been meaning to feature since coming across his “Phantom” video sometime last year – makes his solo DopeHouse debut with his new single, “Spliffs.” Enlisting Bobby Raps (who makes up 1/4 of the MPLS-based crew theStand4rd) to help rock Art Vandelay’s sparse production.
