Since first appearing on our pages last month with his Roc Marci-assisted banger “City Streets,” Brooklyn’s Saga has been consistently dropping off quality follow-up tracks. From “No Interruptions” to “The Strong,” there hasn’t been a single I haven’t messed with yet.
Now, with Toronto-bred, Brooklyn-living producer Marco Polo on the boards, Saga unleashes his latest album, From Out Of The Shadows.
When asked how he wanted to be remembered, Saga replied with a simple metaphor. When you break up and write down what happened, you capture something that never changes. If you rewrite that story every year, the details may change, but what you feel each time remains the same. Those raw emotions that you experience when you hear Saga’s music for the first time may never go away.
