Those of you who have been searching for that mid-90s, mid-west pimpalicious sound from the likes of Twista, Crucial Conflict and Do Or Die are in for a real treat this year.
Earlier this month, Twista announced the Withdrawal EP featuring Do Or Die (which can be pre-ordered here for a May 19th release) and also released the first single, “Aquafina.”
Today, the Chicago group joins Onra, a French producer on “Over & Over” featuring longtime collaborator Johnny P and the results is a nostalgic trip back into the 90s. That classic R&B sound us dinosaurs love with the rapid fire flow from Belo Zero, N.A.R.D. and AK. Stream below.
