Bilal – “Satellites”

I’ve always thought of Bilal as one of the most underrated yet spectacular R&B talents I have ever come across. On June 30th he will release his first new LP since 2013’s A Love Surreal, In Another Life. What makes this project even more intriguing is that it will be produced in its entirety by Adrian Younge, who’s psychedelic soul backdrops has given us two of the best rap albums of 2014: Royce Day 5’9″ and DJ Premier’s PRhyme and Souls Of Mischief’s There Is Only Now.

Following up “Slipping Away” and “Sirens II,” the two have unveiled a new track from the project which is just just dripping in funk. Check it out below.
