Drake, Nas, Vince Staples, and Isaiah Rashad will share their stories for Sprite’s upcoming Obey Your Thirst campaign.
“Just rapping is not that impressive anymore,” Drake says in the above series trailer. “There just has to be more. You have to be a multi-layered artist.” If that’s true, the docs show that this kind of complex potential can come from anywhere, if you just commit to yourself. “Everybody got a purpose, and you gotta find yours,” says Vince Staples. “Just go for it.”
Teaming with the good folks at The FADER, the beverage company will unleash four short video profiles documenting how each artist has developed a career in music from their lyrics – starting with Drake on June 22nd.
