LA producer Falcons has officially aligned with the good folks at Fools Gold. And to kick off their new partnership, the Brooklyn-based label will release his Terra EP on July 17th. A four-track release that the Athletixx Collective member describes as the following:
“As much as my drums and synths are digital, I’m pitching bird sounds into melodies to take you back to somewhere a little more organic,” wrote Falcons, describing the project in an email to The FADER. “I want to blur the lines musically the way that digital and IRL experiences are being blurred in society.” He also added: “The symbol on the cover, though it looks like a basketball, is actually an ancient symbol for Terra.”
To kick off the project, Falcons enlists DopeHouse favorites GoldLink and Chaz French for the lead single, “Aquafina.” Quench your thirst below.
