Our friends at Rocksmith and Diamond Supply Co. have joined forces once again, with a collaborative capsule called Superior Light & Sound.
The design concept is based on the aesthetic of ’90s-era blank audio cassettes — a summer mixtape created to graphically blend two brands with strong roots in music culture from opposite coasts. The summer capsule is comprised of two T-shirts, a snapback and matching shorts, with use of mesh in the detailing across the board, as well as reflective drawstrings. Atlanta-based hip hop producer and rising star Sonny Digital was selected to model the collection. The lookbook is set in the legendary Hit Factory studio in NYC, rounding out the “Superior Sound” vibe.
