In an effort to bring peace and happiness to the youth of his hometown, Chance The Rapper held his first ever Teens in the Park festival at FirstMerit Bank Pavilion in Chicago. Inviting fans ages 13-24 to come out – at no charge – for a day filled with food, art, and quality music under the sun. Taking it a step further, Chance also brought out Kendrick Lamar for a surprise performance! Check out the moment, through the eyes of fans, below.
