Live in the New York City area? Here’s your chance to win a pair of tickets to a show headlining Masego and featuring Khary Durgans and more on July 1. The show will be at SOB’s located at 201 Varick St. in Manhattan. You must live in the area and be able to pick the tickets up at the door to enter the contest. The show is for ages 18 and up.
The 22-year-old Masego, if you haven’t heard him before, sounds like mix between Pharrell, Ryan Leslie and Jamie Foxx, personality and all. He’s recently been on featured on the DopeHouse with “Toot That Thang” with Deffie, “Childish People” with esta and “Shut Up & Groove” with Medasin. He plays multiple instruments like the saxophone, drums and keys and sounds just as wonderful live as he does on his recordings.
