Friend of the DopeHouse, Numonics, has been a busy man lately. The South Floridian producer responsible for the soundscapes on well-respected songs and projects by Black Rob, Koncept, Reks, Ras Kass and more recently took on a bigger project: his first child. But in between Daddy Day Care and crafting backdrops for a variety of television shows, Numonics has teamed with fellow Fort Lauderdale native Bleubird to form the FTLiENS.
Recently releasing their self-titled formal introduction, the FTLiENS give the DopeHouse the green light to premiere their new video “Shark.Wav.” Directed by Digital Cypher, the clip has them traversing the dangerous, proverbial shark filled waters of South Florida over a speaker-damaging bassline and rapid-fire flows.
