L’Orange and Kool Keith‘s Time? Astonishing will release via Mello Music Group in nine days, and today, we get the third song and first video off the project with “The Wanderer.” Following “The Traveler” and “Twenty Fifty Three,” the duo’s latest single continues the theme of time travel, and it’s reciprocated in the video.
The visual features an “extraterrestrial being” roaming the streets, getting used to and understand the lifeforms of his newly inhabited world. People give the being weird looks, because, well, it looks weird, and to be honest, pretty creepy. It’s done up in a silver jumpsuit, that pops out under the city’s lights, and it has a light beaming from the top of its head. If any of you are familiar with the fish from Rock Bottom in Spongebob, this being reminded be of that at first glance.
