JAY Z’s ‘MCHG’ Vinyl Release Features Hidden Track

Back in March, Jack White and his Third Man Records imprint announced that they were releasing a 7″ box set of JAY Z’s 2x platinum twelfth studio album, Magna Carta Holy Grail.

Although the box set is long gone, you can still grab a set from d*ckhead resellers[1] for anywhere between $140 to $230 on Discogs. I’m good on that.

Well, now you have a chance to purchase Third Man Records’ 2xLP of the album. This one, however, is not your typical vinyl release. Concealed in the back cover is a post-card flexi-disc featuring a “super secret hidden track.” To access it, you’ll have to take a razor or knife to the back cover. That’s the only catch.

Most exciting about this double LP is certainly the concealed postcard flexi disc hidden within the back cover and only accessible to those willing to take a knife to the iconic packaging. Once freed of its casing, this flexi disc plays a super secret hidden track. You’ll just have to hear it for yourself, because we sure don’t plan to ruin the mystery of it here.

Sooner or later, the song will more than likely surface, because the internets. If you’d rather not wait, cop one yourself for $20 here.

[1] I seriously hate you resellers. I understand it’s a hustle but you’re just exploiting the market, consumer, fans and the artists. Same goes for your sneaker resellers. S*ck d*ck.
