Janelle Monáe joined together her Wondaland Records crew consisting of Deep Cotton, St. Beauty, Jidenna, Roman GianArthur and George 2.0. for a protest song called “Hell You Talmbout,” making sure people don’t forget the black victims of police brutality.
From Michael Brown to Sandra Bland to Emmett Till to Freddie Gray to Aiyana Jones and many, many more named and not named in the song, Wondaland Records wants us to say their name. Don’t forget.
