If you aren’t aware Jay Rock just dropped his first new body of work in several years, 90059, which according to HitsDailyDouble is slated to land within the Top 20 of the Billboard charts (in comparison, his first album Follow Me Home only peaked at No. 83). So, moods are much lighter in the TDE offices, and while Jay was on Power 106’s the lift-off promoting the project his brother-in-arms Kendrick Lamar called in to show his support… I mean, troll the homie live on air.
Seriously, how can Jay Rock not know that that’s Kendrick? He literally uses the same “Sherane” voice he uses when he alters his voice throughout his own songs.
