Today is Chicago artist Kweku Collins‘ birthday today, so he dropped a new song in order to gift his fans. Collins’ Say it Here, While It’s Safe is one of the few projects from the recent months that has stayed on my low-storage phone. This dude seems hella humble, and he’s no doubt ridiculous talented at putting together songs. “Corner Store” is no different as he tells turns the youthful story of hitting up a corner store for a blunt, getting it by any means necessary, into a heart-warming and seemingly obligatory rite-of-passage.
