SiR has had himself a nice end-of-the-summer run. After dropping his smooth, intimate Seven Sundays LP at the end of July, the Cali singer made a couple appearances on Jay Rock’s 90059 a month ago. Adding some fuel to his building flame, SiR stopped by Soulection’s Beats 1 radio show on Apple Music to perform a couple cuts off his newly released album.
Kicking off with “Love You,” he followed with “Cannabis & Karaoke,” “The Bullet And The Gun” and “In The Sky.” His calm demeanor matches the close-knit performance that features simply a keyboard (played by Tré Pugh) and a stoic SiR. As the performance moved on, SiR’s confidence and swagger grew, which was aided by closing the set with the boastful, Fat Ron-featured track.
