Brooklyn’s Billy B makes her DopeHouse debut with her new single, “Gettin’ Mine,” featuring the homie Skeme.
Both with hustling in their blood, Billy and The Duke – who’s currently working on Ingleworld 3! – take turns attacking DizzyBanko’s frantic production with the skill and confidence of a seasoned vet.
“I live the lifestyle of a young hustler trying to get fly, get money and get out the hood and that’s my approach,” Billy B told cmplx. “Skeme and I aren’t too far apart in age, so with him coming from the hood in Inglewood and myself coming from the projects in Brooklyn, it was super easy for us to relate and build.”
