Following the release of “Knock Knock” with MF DOOM, the hype for Blu, MED and Madlib upcoming album, Bad Neighbor, reached an all-time peak. But with each sound to follow, the hype train will keep chugging to the top of the Bad Neighbor mountain before we conquer this bitch on its October 30 release date.

Joined by Likewise and Phonte, Blu and MED reminisce about the “Finer Things” over some, no shocker here, amazingly smooth production from Madlib. Some of Blu’s best rapping has stemmed from lyrics of love, and after receiving the handoff from MED, Blu tries to juke and stiff-arm his way through temptations and desires before realizing that the love he was giving (even if it came with a little bit of cheating on the side) wasn’t reciprocated by his woman.

This is raise-your-finest-glass-of-brandy-and-say-fuck-’em rap. So grab a bottle of Courvoisier and press play below. Pre-order Bad Neighbor on Rappcats.
