As a new jack artist, Stone Mountain resident Raury introduced himself to the masses in a rather interesting way: he would crash various artists’ tour stops by throwing his own concert outside of them. These “Anti-Tours,” combined with great songs such as “God’s Whisper,” thrust the young eclectic into the spotlight where he would receive cosigns from the likes of Kanye West and André 3000, and hitting the road on official tours with Childish Gambino and KiD CuDi.

After dropping his impressive debut, Indigo Child, in 2014, Raury was then tapped as one of Georgia’s brightest newcomers, and was selected as one of XXL’s 2015 Freshmen. Now, after signing to Columbia Records, he has now released his debut album All We Need. A conceptually-driven story encompassing love, spirituality and the internal conflict of a young musician finding his true path in the form of a late-night radio show, the album is minimal on features: Big K.R.I.T. (on “Forbidden Knowledge“), the RZA (on “Cpu”), Key! (on “Trap Tears”) and and Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello (on the album’s first single, “Friends“). Now available for listening consumption, fans can listen to it on iTunes now (or stream it below).
