Rappers revealing the lyrics to their songs have been an adage as old as time itself. Joe Budden revealed the lyrics to his entire album, All Love Lost, days ahead of the album’s actual release. And many artists have self-annotated their own lyrics on expansive website Genius.
Pusha T recently joined in on the trend as well. The new President of G.O.O.D. Music is set to unveil a new song produced by Timbaland, titled “Untouchable,” in the coming days, and he took to Genius – like Joe and Jadakiss before him – to pen its lyrics. With a sample of the Notorious B.I.G’s “Think Big” serving as the hook, the younger Thornton describes the song as “How I’m feeling for no reason at all” before sending (or did he?) a few barbs at a familiar foe…

Interesting. Either way, the combination of Pusha T and Timbaland could prove particularly potent, and the lyrics are sharp as always. Expect “Untouchable” to arrive soon.
