WatchTheDuck, a trio of talent from Alabama, are gearing up to drop The Trojan Horse EP on Friday, and after letting loose two singles featuring T.I. (“Don’t Blame Luv,” “Make Luv To The Beat”), we get the third sound, “Stretch 2-3-4.”

This is like a modern-day version of Kanye’s “The New Workout Plan.” Encouraging the women in the room to get up and “stretch,” lead singer Jesse Rankins promises the women that they’ll “workout” and sweat so much, they’ll sweat their damn weave out. Now while there’s no double-time clap to keep the booties popping, the production is just bouncy and uptempo enough to keep everyone moving at a cardio-enhancing rate.

Listen to “Stretch 2-3-4” below, and pre-order The Trojan Horse EP on iTunes.
