I’ll never forget when Jay Z used M.I.A.’s flow from “Bad Girls” for “Tom Ford.” Nor will I forget before that when Jay Z took her “no one on the corner have swagga like us” line and turned it into a song.

M.I.A. gets and deserves all the respect in the world, and she’ll continue to do so as she churns out new music. Today, we get “Borders,” which was teased on Instagram Thursday. Featuring a catchy hook, as usual, from the songstress, we can assume this will land on her upcoming album, Matahdatah, which doesn’t have a release date yet.
