Rick Ross—or who we know as Renzel when he’s busy remixing Adele, Post Malone, Drake and more—is set to release Black Market in eight days. But just in case your ears were feeling a little lonely on the day your stomach shouldn’t, Rick Ross adds his little slice to the dinner table with Renzel Remixes.
Similar to Lil Wayne’s No Ceilings 2 and Fabolous’ Summertime Shootout—which both dropped today as well—Rozay takes on popular tunes in order to prep listeners for his full-length project set to drop December 4. In addition to the aforementioned artists, Rick Ross takes on tracks from Future, 50 Cent (heh), Kanye, and others. A mixture of original songs are sprinkled in as well.
At the very least, fans of Rick Ross should be very pleased with the amount of music he’s pushed out since his legal troubles and subsequent house arrest during the summer. Including a string of singles, Ross dropped his Black Dollar mixtape, another mixtape of remixes and, in a week, a full-length LP in a three-month span. Renzel forever.
